“I have found two, possibly three, Realtors who are looking into un-listed REO properties I found, just as you taught me. I am negotiating on two properties at the moment. I have two prior purchases under contract and set to close by mid November. (More money in the bank.)
I have been working the REO phantom properties so much that I have not been making calls to owners. But, I need to get in the mode, because once this REO spree ends it will be an easier transition to work primarily with pre-foreclosures.
